What kind of pet photo should I send?
Choose a clear, well-lit image showing your pet’s face and distinctive markings. For a felt sculpture or portrait, photos from more than one angle can help. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

When will my keepsake arrive?
Delivery timing depends on the product. For the photo crystal and photo pillow, the estimate is within 15 business days after we receive your order details and a usable photo. Check each other product page for its own timing.
Will I see my finished piece before it ships?
Yes. When your custom piece is complete, we will contact you and send detailed photos. You can reply with changes you would like us to review. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours after we send the photos, we will treat the piece as approved and ship it automatically.
